By default, a viewlet reflects the sort method set up in the selected schema. Click any column header to sort the data by that column. The arrow immediately to the right of the column header name indicates whether the data is sorted in ascending (up arrow ˄) or descending (down arrow ˅) order. To go back to the viewlet’s default sort method, click the Default table sorting button .
If the viewlet’s schema includes both primary and secondary sort methods, arrows are displayed in both column headers. To temporarily change the primary and secondary sort methods:
- Turn off all sorting by repeatedly clicking each column header until its arrow is removed.
- Click the headers of the new columns that you want to sort by (first the primary, then the secondary).
As stated above, to revert to the viewlet’s default sort method, click the Default table sorting button .
The example below shows a primary sort by Manager Name and a secondary sort by Channel Type.
