The tabs at the top of the screen represent different dashboards. Dashboards are composed of a summary section above and a Console panel below. The summary section displays the dashboard's main viewlets and their objects. The Console section displays viewlets containing additional object information, for example, messages, attributes, and object statuses.
The Console panel appears at the bottom portion of your dashboard and displays object aspects. Queue and channel statuses, messages, attributes, and events are some of the object aspects that are viewed within the Console panel.
To view object aspects, you launch them from the Summary panel. For example, if you click on a channel's name, its details will display within the Console panel.
To collapse/expand the Console section, simply click the section label, Console.
Click the up arrow located on the left side of the tab to jump to the originating viewlet (located within the Summary panel) which generated the Console viewlet.
When multiple tabs are displayed within the Console panel, use the left and right navigation buttons to easily scroll through the viewlet tabs.
Console panel viewlets are temporary and only exist for the current session (they will not appear the next time you log in).
